Arizona Appellate Law Attorneys

Alan Cook has been a pilot, a CPA and also served as the seventh Clerk of the Court for the Supreme Court of Arizona. Having worked on more than 100 appeals and other appellate matters, he is very familiar with the appeals process and, along with his team, can handle a wide variety of appeals cases.

Attorney Cook has handled a number of appeals cases including cases in the areas of family law, personal injury, civil litigation, post-conviction relief and more. The appeals process can be complicated and involves a number of unusual rules and procedures. However, Mr. Cook's experience working in the Supreme Court of Arizona gave him hands-on experience that he can share with his team and apply directly to each of his client's cases.
